"When we arrived, we were disappointed by the size of our room. We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite on the top floor, the next day! Both the hotel and the property were absolutely stunning enchanting. Old world charm at its finest! The staff was exceptional!"

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi. "The only real issue is the traffic noise that i think every hotel is exposed to. I thought thiscwas not on the main rd. It is. I saw all the other options. None looked better. A few were in between it and airport so u would have to walk. Tv channels were poor. Breakfast was large but not top notch quality. I had to ask for room upgrade. Fyi. I walked to airport. Took 25 minutes."
