"Elegant and child friendly hotel in a beautiful location with plenty of good restaurants around. Rather than providing guests with a key or access card to their rooms, they give everyone a wristband that had to be worn for the whole stay. It would be great if they offered an alternative for those who get annoyed by having something at their wrist even overnight. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. "A return trip to a beautiful hotel, food is amazing and location for me to enjoy the peace and lovely scenic walks is great! I enjoyed the varied sports programme with excellent Pilates and yoga sessions daily ! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming making it a very enjoyable week in the sun for me "

"Very good adults only hotel plenty of areas to sun bathe no fighting for a sun bed. Staff kind, polite and helpful the maids always said Buenos días to me and the staff at the afternoon restaurant treated you with absolute respect whether you ordered a meal, snack or just drinks. On the whole a lovely warm and welcoming hotel."

"For over £700 per night. This place is over priced in my view. It's a little run down and they charge you for using extra coffee pods even if you're there for 1 week!"

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. "I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location and views are truly beautiful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. Being near the center of Los Cristianos meant there was always something to do. I also appreciated the peaceful evenings, which allowed me to relax and unwind. I can't recommend this hotel enough; I’m definitely looking forward to booking another stay soon!"

3rd time at same Hotel

"Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂"
