"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. "They double charged us on our credit card and cash. When we tried to get our money back they refused to pay us. So I called Expedia and it took me calling over 10 times to get any where. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
