"The onsite massage place was perfect - I went twice for a 90-minute massage ! Next to the Chinggis Khaan Hotel is the eMart which has everything you need - including a 24-hour laundromat on the 3rd floor. Staff wasn't very personable but was still helpful.Even on the highest floor there were still sirens and honking - which is everywhere in Ulaanbaatar."

"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. Red wine stains throughout the room and pretty grunge-y around the edges. Please replace, Bishrelt. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with good choices and the front desk staff were very helpful. Overall, a great value for the money and we had a good rest after a very hectic two weeks out on the steppe. Would stay again. "
