"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. "The location is great. Very central and walkable to major sights, stores, etc. The service is really great as well. At times difficult to communicate, but falling back on Google Translate always worked, and the staff always went out of their way to help me."

"They double charged us on our credit card and cash. When we tried to get our money back they refused to pay us. So I called Expedia and it took me calling over 10 times to get any where. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I’ve stayed at this Hotel since last year and in each visit the consistency in quality of service and the staff’s willingness to help me in any way possible has broken my expectations. The hotel is located close to all major locations and outlets, Rooms are clean and spacious for the price, The breakfast could use some variety but overall filling and delicious, The staffs are great, they’ve helped me on many occasions such as Steve and Oji helped me with recommending and helping me with making reservations at great local restaurant, once again Oji has helped me with rearranging my flight ticket when it was suddenly cancelled and arranging a taxi to the airport on a short notice, He was a life savior. I would highly recommend this hotel who’s looking for excellent service for decent price. "
