At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! We went in the off-season so there were some minor problems; the first room had no electricity and the laundry products used on the sheets caused minor skin irritation rashes on my spouse and me--not uncommon for them but new for me.
