"This was a great last minute booking find online that I had made myself because of the poorly designated hotel reservation & services made by a local Philippine travel agency named “Fully Booked”. That travel agency made reservations to a hotel named “Sky Garden” that was malodorous, beds/rooms were dusty, construction was going on across the street, even lobby looked dirty. What a scam! Beware of this travel agency that makes you do the work they are supposed to do and no refunds even offered. I’m grateful that Fernvale Leisure Club had a room that was available and provided wonderful free breakfast and free airport shuttle transport. Staff was highly customer-service oriented & responsive. Great pool area and garden landscape. Location is away from the noise of downtown area and has a gated security."
