"Only stayed here for one night but was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and very big! The 24/7 shop was also a great addition, whilst it might have been slightly more expensive than a supermarket/shop, the convenience of it trumped the price. There was a nice area near the shop to sit in as well as the gym, which even when sitting next to the room you couldn’t hear anything going on inside of it, so it was nice and private for anyone going in there. Good location as it wasn’t too far from Rotterdam Centraal and was near a good few attractions. Would definitely stay here again if I was to go back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rotterdam."

"The Cove was a wonderful, warm experience. I would recommend it to anybody! They do a wonderful job of making you feel at home in their tastefully decorated lobby with books, sitting areas and free coffee. It was a delight staying here! Free wahsers and dryers with laundry soap privided is an extra bonus. The big bathrub was wonderful after a day of walking. The staff were very accomdating. Highly recommended!"

"Overall very nice hotel, spacious well designed rooms. Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice."

"This hotel was a great find. Good location, big clean rooms. The rooms had comfortable beds (although the pillows were a little cheap and uncomfortable), and the bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The toiletries game in-room was a bit poor, although they did have some to collect at reception upon request . Lovely front desk staff, and the toothbrushes offered were good quality. Breakfast was quite basic, but serviceable, and the restaurant staff was friendly and professional . The same goes for their bar, where we had snacks and cocktails at with friends. The whole impression of the hotel was of excellent quality basics, with all of the frills removed- and they were not much missed. We'd return here glady if ever back in The Hague. "
