"We were staying in the hotel when the earthquake struck on March 28. The management and staff were extraordinary in their response to the emergency - compassionate, calm and practical. After evacuating into the 97 degree's heat they provided us with water. 3 hours later sandwiches came out. Management provided regular updates. I have never been treated so well by a hotel under such difficult circumstances. Truly remarkable - a credit to Marriott, Chaing Mai and Thailand."

The night market was located on the same street as the hotel from 6 pm to 11pm every day of the week. The staff at the hotel was attentive, efficient, and cordial. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was superb! We had an excellent experience at the Dusit Princess Hotel! "
