"Tout était correct, nous avions loué l’ensemble car grande famille et amis. Les différentes maisons étaient très propres et bien équipées. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs, et disponibles. Seul hic, la piscine se trouve à 100 m, ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce."

"Het is een prima huis in een schitterende omgeving. Hier kom je echt helemaal tot rust. Het zwembad(je) geeft heerlijke verkoeling op warme dagen. Het huis heeft ventilatoren in alle kamers en toiletten op iedere verdieping. Vanaf het dakterras is het genieten van het uitzicht, s'avonds van de prachtige sterrenhemel."

"La casa es preciosa, incluso mejor que en las fotos. Jesús y Teresa, muy atentos. La piscina, lo mejor junto con la zona de juegos y el patio trasero. La única pega ha sido el calor de algunas noches, se echa en falta el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (solo lo hay en el salón y la habitación principal). "Hemos estado en familia en verano. La casa está de fábula, a pesar de las altas temperaturas, al ser una casa de piedra se estaba fresquito. Por la noche muy relajante el sonido del rio que está al lado. Buscábamos descansar, desconectar y alejarnos del ruido y es justo lo que hemos encontrado. El dueño muy atento y para cualquier cosa nos contestaba al momento. El pueblo genial, y la gente muy amable."

"Great views of Competa. Close location to village. NB: main road is quite a steep in areas as would be expected in the mountains- dirt road to house for a short distance and then a steep driveway. "My partner and I ….and our two dogs had a great stop over here during our Spanish road trip . The property is very comfortable and well equipped . The garden is also secure if you have doggies. Silvia and her husband are lovely and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Finca Loma La Tapia is a beautifully designed high spec villa - inside and out - with everything you could want (except a cheese grater!). The pool and outside area is spectacular. The steps into the pool are perfect for the elderly or disabled. And it has a proper deep end. The three bathrooms are wonderful - two having walk in showers. Competa is a very pretty town and the finca is a 25 minute drive to some of the most beautiful natural beaches in Europe. Our stay was literally faultless."
