"Our Christmas gift to each other is our getaway. The cabin was spacious and super clean. Comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable with the different jets after our Hocking Hills hikes. The grill looked nice but we didn’t use it. We used the loft bedroom and heard the ice maker on night one and heard the heat kick on each time. If you’re a light sleeper, try the other bedroom. "My boyfriend and I brought our dog with us to stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and decorated for the holidays. There are a lot of signs in the neighborhood asking for me to curb my dog (which I can do). Not used to so many signs asking for the dogs not to relieve themselves, use the yard. Would stay here again"

"This property was as listed, quiet and secluded area with all promised amenities. The only complaints were the cleanliness of the dishes, most dishes had residue from past tenants and had to be rewashed before use, and the hottub was dirty, in addition to the fact beach towels are not provided for the hot tub. But overall the stay was comfortable."

"My daughter attends college in Columbus and I love staying in the German Village when I visit. This property sits in a great location. The house is beautifully decorated. The backyard was wonderful. The house was very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed reading the material left about the house and the village -- nice touch. The owners were very accommodating and the house was cozy. Overall a wonderful experience and cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality. "

"Sweet Nell’s was a great place to stay for the week during the winter. The gas fireplace was a nice touch especially in the cold winter, although the upstairs stays very warm most of the time each room having their own heat controlled base boards. Additionally, it was very nice to have a dishwasher, washer, and dryer…extremely convenient and easy for packing and unpacking from start to finish. The hot tub was awesome (an awning or some sort of coverage over it would be nicer when it is raining...

"Arrived a bit early and was able to check in. House was as pictured. I read a review stating the address is listed on another home and it really is but just look past that house and you can see this one. We brought my grandson's jeep and there are trails right off the driveway to take through the woods, he had a blast. The hot tub is not as far away as I thought it was from the house. Did have to clean the water and run a filter cycle but the hot tub was great!!!! Didn't get to use the fire pit...

The hot tub and propane grill were bonuses and the fireplace gave a cozy feel in the evening.
