"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. "My family and I have just returned from a two night stay here. There were a couple of things that I think would make the apartment we stayed in much better (a table and a door between the bedroom and front room), but other than those, we had a great stay. The location was perfect for what we wanted."
