Shopping & dining options are just 2 floors down below the 15th floor hotel lobby, with a very nice convenient Mart & a pharmacy on the same floor. The hotel is very clean & well maintained. All staffs work really hard to welcome & serve guests. Mr. Fukunishi helped me check in so graciously. Breakfasts at the hotel’s Gatehouse restaurant (a beautiful restaurant) are so fresh & delicious. It is a real delight to stay here! "

"About a 12-15min walk from Nagoya Station along the main road, as you walk to Nagoya Station - there are places to eat and shop at. The breakfast buffet is very nice with all the options. A lot of the guests seem to be businessmen so the buffet might be crowded on certain days. "
