"I cannot say enough about this amazing hotel! The staff is the absolute BEST - especially Francesca! From the moment you are preparing to arrive, their priority is providing you the best experience ever. Incredibly friendly and helpful! Very different than the usual European hotel experience. "it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

"This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations.
