"We have regularly stayed at this property when it was owned by a private family. First stay since they sold it. The property has been updated (nice). Checking in was a little difficult as they had no English speaking staff at the time. Our poor German did not help. Worked out eventually. Restaurant is good for breakfast, OK for dinner. Wait staff is a bit slow and appear to be lacking in training. "

"The hotel is new, very clean, has excellent parking and the hosts are very nice, but the rooms are very small. There are no cups in the room and no possibility to add blankets and pillows and did me a big favor by bringing me another pillow after it was explained to me that there were two pillows for the room. There is room for improvement. Breakfast was good. "

"Short walk or taxi from hotel to the ferry landing that takes you around Lake Chiemsee, that allows for a quieter, more relaxing lake experience. Included breakfast buffet was in a beautiful setting. ALL staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had a nice balcony, overlooking the marina, and the lake. Highly recommend!"
