"If you are looking for a ski holiday in Courmayeur, I would recommend ski-in ski-out accommodation on Plan Checrouit itself. By staying on Plan Checrouit, you avoid having to queue for the gondola up and down Plan Checrouit, which can get quite busy at peak periods. "We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Centrale whists completing the Tour du Mont Blanc in July 2013. It was a very traditional Italian hotel in an excellent location. The staff were most accommodating and welcoming and always very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic room looking right onto the piazza with a balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to thank the management for such a lovely and well run hotel. We did not eat at the hotel as plenty of cafes for breakfast."
