Nice resort but pool was freezing and bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was great, although my wife said the salad was not fresh. So, some good points but some disappointing areas as well.

Friendly atmosphere. Nice an calm place.
A nice and calm hotel a bit from the city . The breakfast was good but i missed the cheese and the yoghurt on the table. We got a nice room with view over the pool. Also appreciate the facilities like sauna and massage. Very good with the free transportation to the night market. I think that more free free transports to the city would be a good idea. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very nice, with an excellent pool, especially for small children. The pool is what would bring us back to this hotel again. The rooms were very nice, but beds very hard, as seems to be common in Thailand. Our one other complaint is that there were smoking areas everywhere, which means that entire outside area of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Having smoking areas in many places meant there were very few places outside to avoid the smell and stink of cigarettes.

Amazing :)
Amazing, all you need are promptly service in this place, warm welcome :) They can allow you to use swimming pool, fitness and sauna if you arrive early (before check in at 2 pm). Motorcycle for rent is very good for who trave by plane.

Room not as advertised.
Pictures showed rooms with balconies overlooking the pool. Our room had no windows or balcony or view. Building B was tucked in the corner of the resort. Room walls were all brick with window facing a brick wall and non -transparent glass. Very gloomy and dark! Breakfast was mostly Asian. A few days there were waffles or pancakes, but no syrup or honey. Meals are overpriced and no nearby restaurants so you are a bit stuck with it. Woke up at 2am to a flood coming from our bathroom ceiling and black mold dripping everywhere. Maintenance had to come running.... They didn't seem too surprised, which I take to mean it happens alot. Especially given the water stains on the bathroom ceiling and the aforementioned mold.

年末年始10日間ほど、家族旅行で利用しました。 小学生の男の子がいるので、プール付きのリゾートホテルを探した結果、このホテルに決めました。 毎日の様にプールに入って遊びました。 朝食終えたら、すぐにプールに入ったりしましたが、ライフセーバーのスタッフがすぐに近くで見守ってくれて、安心してプールで遊ぶことができました。 朝食は、毎日焼きたてのオムレツをいただきました。 スタッフは、とても心地いい対応で好感が持てました。 最終回、チェックアウトが１２時まででしたが、妻が発熱で寝込んでいたので、飛行機の時間１８時までチェックアウトを延長していただいて助かりました。 帰国して、元気よく過ごせてます。 楽しいチェンマイ の旅を支えてもらえて、感謝です。ありがとうございました^_^

Bonito hotel perfecto para niños
Hotel situado a 10 minutos del centro con una piscina enorme y bonita de agua salada. Las habitaciones son comodas y el personal muy helpful y simpatico. La piscina cierra a las 22 asi que cuando hay grupos de niños de fuera se puede aprovechar igual. Se van a las 17.30

Hoteller var udemærket. Bruseren fungerede det meste af tiden og Polen er udemærket. Vi havde dog problemer med vores låse, første gang knækkede nøglen til værelset, anden gang blev jeg låst inde i badeværelset..det er køre afstand til byen og dens aktiviteter.

nice environment but quite far from city centre
It is quite far from old city, which where the markets, restaurants and tourist shops etc. mainly be. We're renting the room with discount price, around 600bahts per night for a king-size bedroom, very cheap indeed. But we need to pay 200 bahts for 2 people every morning and night for travelling between the resort and the old city. If we joined a tour, the tour guide usually will pick the customers up at hotel. But all the tours(except Chiang Rai tour) told us that our hotel is too far away, and we need to go another place earlier to wait for the pick up. Tips: taxi / tuk tuk to our hotel from old city--200bahts for 2 people red car -- 100 bahts for 2 people renting a bicycle -- 50bahts for 24 hours in overall, good environment and helpful staff, english is soso, hv a nice swimming pool but only 1.2m deep
