Worst hospitality ever, overbooked over 12 people for the same day and not even a sorry we got, no attempt to help us find another place for Nov. 27th. The town was full because of the lantern festival.
Great place to stay, especially when traveling to the airport. The owner was fabulous and kind. The room was super clean, with free amenities and front row street parking (we had a car). It’s easy to walk to the markets or Chiang Mai University which has a lot of good eating spots. There was also a cafe (Sunflower Cafe) that had delicious smoothie bowls.
This is the nicest hostel i’ve atayed in Chiang Mai. I stayed in the women’s dorm room. The sheets and pillow are 5 star, the bed too (which is a hard find inThailand) The hostel is new so it’s spotless. Thanks to the amazing host, she’s more like the owner/manager, Miss Pon, who took care of all our needs. She made my stay feel like I was at home. Even though the dorm room has no window, it felt really nice, a great big bathroom with showers and toilets just for the women’s dorm. Thank you for a great stay! Ohh yeah, it’s near everything within the old city square.
The host is super friendly and helpful! The room was very small with space only for the bed. A little dirty under the bed and the bathroom had a weird smell. Overall we had a good stay!!
Excellent service from the staff and you get a lots of value for your money. This is indeed brand new hostel located close to one of the main attractions and it is close enough to everything else and far enough from the hippie hostels. It is on the edge of the old city which is a bonus if you wanted to go shopping to some of the malls.
Overall very pleasant experience, I cannot thank enough the staff as they went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival and made me feel really welcome. The free laundry machine is a great bonus as well.
