ELECTRICITY

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A returnable security deposit of 20,000 THB is required on arrival at the Penthouse, which will be returned on departure day.

Had a great experience!
If you're looking for a memorable stay in Chiang Mai this is your spot. Great views of the city and a very modern spacious penthouse with outstanding rooftop. Everyone was very pleasant and it's centrally located to all the amenities in the area. The hostess was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here next time you visit Chiang Mai.

Fantastic property and great owners !!!
We were treated like family by Sonja and Casper . They went beyond our expectations by having pastries,fruit , drinks and snacks in the condo . The furnishings and cleanliness along with the magnificent view made it a very memorable stay for the whole family . Can’t say enough about the hosts and property.
