Amazing staff. Excellent breakfast buffet that changes everyday. Location is perfect and the room with balcony have a nice view. Complimentory water fridges are a nice plus. The best stay we had so far. after travelling 25 countries.

This property was a perfect stay in the old town. The location was great. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were simple but had everything and the breakfast was delicious. I will come back for sure if we need another night in the area. Highly recommend.

I thought the hotel was amazing for the price. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the best part were the small things like they had free water bottles you could grab or the coffee machine available 24 hours/day, which was helpful for jetlag. We looked forward to the delicious morning buffet every day and the staff was always super helpful. Highly recommend the hotel to visitors of Chiang Mai.

Amazing Hotel with cats
This is an amazing hotel because it has tge friendliest staff I’ve met and has cats wandering around the property. The breakfast is very good and it’s in a good location in the Old City. Staff speak fluent English.

good location for sightseeing ＆good service. Every staff is so friendly and kindly breakfast is so fresh and tasty. Sometimes you can enjoy local food. I love this hotel so much. The road in front of hotel is so narrow, some taxi driver can’t find out it smoothly. So you might have a map before using taxi

The staff were amazing. Very kind and friendly. Helped us when we need it and gave us recommendations. They give you free water and juice. The juice was amazing and I drank a lot of it. The hotel breakfast was one of my favorites I’ve ever had, good variety and local foods mixed with typical breakfast foods.

The property is in the old city. Several temples and The Pae Gate are within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious. What makes this hotel special for us was the front staff. They are welcoming, attentive, and mingle daily with guests.

I can’t recommend BED Phrasing highly! Easily the best included breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff are very attentive and helpful, I’d give ten stars if I could, impeccable service! The location is perfect for walking with temples, restaurants within minutes. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
