Too far out of town.Hotel was tired and needed maintenance. Decking area around the pool was loose and dangerous. Breakfast buffet was covered with ants. Some of the rooms my family had were covered with ants.

Good price nice hotel but but boring place.
The pool area was very nice! And the hotel had a very nice feeling. However the area witch the hotel was possitioned in was sortoff "dead" nothing to do unless you walked 30min och took a tuc tuc to town.

When we booked in we were told our reservation had been cancelled. That got sorted out. We had been travelling all day just wanted a drink & to relax. Bar couldn't make a cocktail as they didn't have ingredients. Restaurant was closed. Pool area and surrounding was beauriful. Staff spoke very little english. Tried to get a coffee in morning as we had no milk in room. They wouldn't let us in restaurant as we we weren't having breakfast & brought out a cold coffer we couldn't drink so set off down the street to find something. Bit out of the way.

Nice hotel with lovely theme
We spent two nights in Chiang Mai, the room and the swimming pool were great. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff (reception) could speak a better English, they were not able to help us with simple requests due to the lack of understanding. My husband had a food poisoning on our last day and they were not able to help us.
