"Cons: Cleanliness of the room, particularly bathroom, can definitely be improved on. Would also appreciate having the dryer repaired in the facility so travellers can do laundry within the hotel. Pros: very convenient area with the biggest station nearby within walking distance to get around the city of Taipei. Many food/dine options and convenient stores for those late night cravings. The infamous Ximending is only a 15 minutes walk for me ;)"

"The accommodation had everything I needed, a place to sleep, lockers with a lock, and a kitchen/living room area with free tea, and a fridge to store food. The women's sleeping area also had a bathroom and shower inside of the room, meaning I didn't need to go outside to use it. The staff were also extremely helpful, even coming with me to the local laundromat to show me how to correctly use it. The only cons were that the mattress is a bit hard, so if you are a sensitive sleeper, you should...

"Well located hostel right next to Taipei main station and not far from Ximen shopping district. Good price and facilities, including a kitchen area with a microwave and hotplate. Easy to check-in and out."

"Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"

"All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!"

"Staff was helpful with the check in process, locker was big enough for both my luggage and whatever I bought in Taiwan. Bed was also clean and international sockets also made it easy to charge my phone. On the other hand climbing up to the upper deck bed was difficult for me"

"It was clean: the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living area (after entry, shoes off, of course). The staff was helpful & friendly. (There was a computer to use.) The place was light & bright: lots of windows. I enjoyed sitting in the living area and watching the city below. I found a street nearby with lots of vegetarian eateries. The place was easy to find, with that video on the "red tower"."

"From start to finish, this was a great stay. I was picked up from the airport by the hotel's limousine service. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room was incredibly clean. Daily housekeeping was amazing, friendly, and they did a great job. Check-out was also quick and seamless and I received a ride back to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again."

"Nice overnight stay hotel bec of free shuttle to airport. The corridors are old but the room is newly renovated good size. The bed was too soft for me but acceptable. Staff friendly n nice esp the shuttle bus drivers. They were helpful! "

"It's further away from the Taipei main areas but it provides free shuttle services that will take you to nearby MRT stations where you can go to night market or other places. The property itself is wonderful with great views of 101 and nearby mountains. Highly suggested!"

"완화역과 붙어있어서 이동이 편했습니다. 조식 메뉴는 단촐하지만 며칠 먹어도 지겨울 정도는 아니었습니다. (오믈렛을 제공하면 더 좋을 듯) 호텔 주변에 구글맵 검색해보면 맛있는 식당들도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다. 침대는 편안했으나 베개가 큰 사이즈로 하나 뿐이어서 불편했습니다. 방 냉장고에 물이 따로 주어지지 않고 각 층마다 정수기가 있는데, 얼음이 있는 층에만 종이컵이 있어서 불편했습니다. 환경을 위한 조치니까 기꺼이 따르긴 했습니다. "

"Absolutely great experience. The only thing we would give advice to future guests is to look into the “meal plans” from our experience if you don’t purchase them in advance you aren’t allowed to dine at most of the restaurants. Other than that the staff, rooms and facilities are wonderful! "

Great Panorama Suite

"The entrance to the building was hard to find but once we got to their simple front desk, check in was in less than 2 minutes! Our room was the panorama suite. Good for 4. With Japanese toilet and separate sink and shower which was very convenient and saved us time getting ready. Nice L'occitane products! No conditioner though. Our floor (we were on the 13th, lobby was on the 14Th) had a common area with free flowing drinking water, a sink a coffee machine.and some toiletries. No toothbrushes though so make sure you bring your own. Wish they had a microwave though! All in all our stay at the Eastin Taipei was pleasant, the staff friendly and efficient. Will stay here again if I were ever to visit Taipei again."
