"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel. "

"Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here. "

"The gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We had no idea it was there, but upon arriving learned of it. The staff is wonderful and the views, especially at sunset, were spectacular. Stay here just for that - or come over from your hotel for the restaurant. Terrific location and helpful staff. The room is a bit dated, but definitely adequate. "

"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor overlooking Sicily and right across the hotel is The Esplanade. "
