"Team was warm and friendly and waited after hours to make sure we were checked in before he goes to bed. It was a late train to R Callabria. He spend time sharing places to eat and his favorite places to get snack or dinner and even Gellato. Lorenzo was always prompt on WhatsApp and they show up in person when beckoned. The unit has all the amenities one would need when traveling. The linen were really fresh and clean. The ladies are cleaning the rooms daily and provide a great service. "

"Expedia's property address was for a business office, which didn't have any nearby parking, and it was closed when we arrived. There was a sign on the door in Italian, which we do not speak, and a telephone number. A kind young woman used her cellphone to call the number and talked to the manager, who did not speak English. We waited about ten minutes for someone to show up and walk us to the B & B, about three blocks away. Once in our room we had to make our own way back to where we had left...
