"MUST READ. Hotel did not honour booking through hotels.com and I had no choice but to pay an increased price for the room again. Case is registered with Hotels.com Apparently the hotel has changed ownership, the new owner has nothing to do with hotels.com and states he does not receive any money. Upon arrival in freezing cold, wind and rain, we had little choice but to pay 30% more, and pay for a full night stay. "This is about the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No heating working in winter. Hotel knew this and could have informed me so I could change my booking if I wished. Even lied to me saying heating would come on when they knew it has been not working for days. Staff are useless and you have to keep reminding them and chasing them for what you require. The amount of times I had to ask for bedding and a portable heater(which was like an antique). Slept wearing double layers, coats and our socks on....

"The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). "
