"This unit is just outside the city centre and around the corner from a car park, so the location couldn’t have been better. It was well-equipped with all you need for a short stay. Things to keep in mind however, it was very very warm at night due to the heat wave and it being a top floor unit without air conditioning. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically.
