House was clean and kitchen and laundry were well stocked. Colby is a great host, with clear check in instructions and was easily accessible for questions. The backyard was also a pleasant space to hang out day and night. I would only have 2 recommendations; more hangers in the guest rooms and the rug...

"Our group of 4 chose this property for the first time to stay at and attend the Detroit Lions game. The property is excellent! Clean, safe neighbourhood, 15 mins from Ford Field and close to many liquor stores, 7-11’s and dispensary’s. There’s a great little breakfast diner close by called Mama’s as well, amazing breakfast. The house is awesome, exactly what we needed and has a very cool finished basement as well! The owners were very cool and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this...

"I have stayed at this property many times and I keep coming back because of the home and the owners. If there is a problem, which is extremely rare, they get it taken care of immediately. Great communication with the owners, easy check in, flexible with times. I will of course return to this house again. "

"The house is great! Three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 Queen beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a movie room, a play room (billiards and foosball) and an exercise room. "We had a party of 14 to include elderly. The house was perfect. We had access to both units upstairs and downstairs as well as the pub in the basement. Plenty of room for all. Very spacious and comfortable. The home is very old which adds charm and lots of character. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone in my group was well pleased with their stay.
