"The apartment is situated under the owner's home, with access to a spacious and pleasant garden. The views of the mountain behind are amazing. Very convenient to Annecy and the villages on the eastern side of the lake. Our host was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean. There is room for improvement - small and medium sized saucepans are needed for the small induction hob, and it would have been nice to find a few kitchen basic essentials like salt, pepper,...

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."

"The chalet is situated on a very quiet road with spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The chalet is spacious and comfortable on 2 floors. We were 6 adults staying with plenty of room however although there are 2 bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs) there is only one toilet. The drive way is long and narrow and parking 3 cars on it was a bit difficult ."

"Our stay was more than perfect! The property owner was amazing and made us feel right at home. We are a family of three and felt like we fit just fine. The hospitality from the property owner was out of this world and we could not have imagined staying with anyone else. This property sits back on a beautiful mountain ridge with easy access to shops and restaurants on foot. Pictures do not do the view justice. This will not be the last time we stay, for sure!"

"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."
