"Host did extras including grab bars/mat in shower (I have a slight imbalance prob) and getting us decaf coffee. He met us on arrival and literally walked us throughout. Everything was remodeled and clean as a pin. I don’t like steps with imbalance prob, so except for a shower, we stayed very comfy on the 1st floor with our Murphy bed, ½ bath (well stocked), kitchenette with table/chairs, fridge, MW, hot plate and every type of pot, pan, silverware, plate, cup and glass possible (SMILEY FACE). "The unit is beautiful and well maintained. It was the location that was scary. So many street walkers, fights, and police/ambulance sirens right outside our window. Neither of us could sleep. We literally had a person yelling at the top of his lungs from 3- 4 AM. It was super disappointing. I didn’t feel safe."

"Cabin is very nice and comfortable. It’s on a busier street but it was very quiet inside. The fireplace and hot tub were very nice to enjoy and the bed was comfortable. A few things were missing from the kitchen (like oven mitts, etc), and the one oven had drippings burnt to the bottom that made it unusable. Good communication with the owner for check in and out and reporting of issues. Views of the river were great. Loved watching the geese play in the water and on the ice. Would stay again!"

"We checked in the day after Christmas and the entire house was beautifully highlighted with charming Christmas decor. Delightful furnishing throughout the house make it very comfortable. "We loved it the moment we arrived. We spent two nights there with our Frieds and their little dog (we have a little dog too). Great fenced in yard and cozy porch. The kitchen Is stocked with everything you need, we brought lasagna, steak, crab legs. Comfy beds too. We will go back for sure!"
