"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"This was a very clean place. The house is at the end of a dead end which is nice, but definitely gets a lot of water on the road. The neighborhood is fine. It was nice to look out to marshy grasses and see lots of birds. The place is part of a duplex and you don't necessarily have the driveway to yourself. There is a vrbo listing upstairs and the listing does not make that clear. There is a/c in the living room and bedrooms which is nice. The second bedroom has a futon bed/mattress that is not...
