"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The service in all areas are all outstanding (above and beyond). The restaurant on the 25th floor is very good with a variety of selection. "We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There is a brilliant hotpot restaurant on the same road that was recommended by staff. The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient. "When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
