"Our 5 night stay at the ritz was fabulous. The staff were brilliant, food fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and western options. Beautiful pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fresh cooked eggs and coffee. The view from the room was great. I loved the club lounge and the afternoon tea. Dinner options were good both in the hotel and outside. There are shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The underground is not far away....

"We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There is a brilliant hotpot restaurant on the same road that was recommended by staff. The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient. "When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
