"We stayed for a small bachelor party and had a great time! Everyone had room and there was plenty to do."

We felt very relaxed and at home during our time there. Steve was very friendly and gave us all the details we needed for our stay and Morgan the property manager was great and reached out to assist if we needed anything. "We were staying here for a Tuck/Dartmouth reunion. It was a mix of adults and 4 kids (ages 5-8). We LOVED this spot. It's super easy to get to, right off the highway but felt really secluded and special. Each morning the lake was foggy and it would slowly lift to reveal the hills around the lake in gorgeous fall colors. The cabin itself is so cozy. "My husband and I stayed here for one night during this beautiful fall season. Peter met us when we arrived and showed us around and was very accommodating. The layout of the church is wide open. With antiques, unique collectibles, and interesting artifacts that were placed to be aesthetic to the eye. Yes, there were antique knives and antique toy guns, which added to the unique character of this VRBO. The feel of the house is that it is much loved and there is much thought into what goes in it...

"The perfect kind of place to stay in VT. You can get anywhere in the state within 2 hours of scenic driving. The school house is a short drive from town and you can see the Milky Way at night."

"The property was clean, well maintained, and most importantly - comfortable. This has been our favorite place we have stayed in Vermont so far. Views were breathtaking! We saw tons of wildlife. Not too far out (we visited for Norwich University's Parents Weekend). Just an incredibly relaxing stay."

Great hotel next to Dartmouth

"The hotel updated the gym - it's fantastic - and they serve great coffee in the lobby in the morning. This is a slow time of year, so the rates were the lowest I have seen in a couple years of traveling to the area. It's a lovely hotel next to campus, can't beat it."

"We stayed only one night, though, eager to return! Madbush Falls totally impressed us … rooms are hip, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped especially unique was the in-room beverage station (pour over coffee was awesome). The restaurant was hopping upon arrival and as soon as the GM knew we were guests he made sure we got a table. Menu was creative and absolutely delicious. Wishing we could have stayed for Sunday Brunch & Bluegrass music, and we will absolutely take advantage of a plunge in the falls next time. Sounds like the property is seeking to expand their offerings, which are already exceptional and satisfyingly eclectic. This is an authentic upscale base camp for biking, hiking, leaf peeping and of course ski season. "
