"We had a very pleasant stay for two nights at the Stonehouse Manor late season at Popham Beach. Our room had a beautiful view of the mouth of the Kennebunk River. In the morning we lay in bed watching the sun rise on the autumn colored hillside by Fort Popham through the large bay window. It was quiet.
