Alex was extremely friendly and gracious and helped make my wife and I’s honeymoon so special. "Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. "The property manager accepted our reservation. After booking I reached out several times to ask them some questions, but they never got back to me. They never sent check in information and then cancelled the reservation 5 hours before we were suppose to arrive leaving us high and dry on Christmas Day to find another place. Even Vrbo tried to reach them and they didn’t respond. We do not recommend dealing with this management company."

His team acted quickly with extra towels, hairdryers and extra kitchen supplies. Condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect for our group! Would book again, even with lots of steps to the third floor unit. No need for a gym for your cardio workout."
