Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). "My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume. We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay along with the organized instructions and recommendations during our visit. The home was beautiful and modern as described. The only person who spoke to us was the host’s husband, and he never gave us his name, even in person. We never saw or spoke to Madeleine. They didn’t respond to messages in the app. Madeleine’s husband asked us to cancel on our end 2 days before the reservation began. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location.
