The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. "Wonderful setting on a large vineyard and apricot farm. We chose this location as our home base for a 2 week vacation in Provence. We wanted to be halfway between Arles and Avignon, and drove all over Provence from here as well. Host Cécile is delightful. She offered us complete privacy and autonomy - the entrance and parking spot amongst the cypress trees are private - but we wanted to meet her and so glad that we did! Fascinating history and stories, and we learned how a vineyard works....

"We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely week at this property. The house is easy to find (about an hour's drive from Marseille Airport) It was very clean and well equipped. The location is a great base for visiting nearby attractions (Gordes, L'isle sur La Sorgue, Fontaine de Vacleuse, Rousillion) and lovely markets. "Nice property, pretty much as advertised. Owners were very communicative, helpful & pleasant, check in & out easy. The bed was really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need from breakfast to evening meal. It has a nice terrace outside, but we didn’t use it to eat out on as the wind was unusually strong while we were there. I would imagine that in full summer, the shaded part of the terrace would give some welcome relief from the sun. The bathroom was good & it was nice to...

"Aircon cottage welcome in hot weather. Access to and finding property far from good due to closed roads and very potholed access road. Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. We prefer the Dordogne area due to our lack of French and the Provancers lack of English."

"Right from the start we were welcomed! The house was lovely and clean with all amenities needed and the pool wonderful. So close to Gordes - an easy 0.6km walk up to the centre. Highly recommend and will defo be back!! Thanks for a wonderful week! Hosts helped us discover some new places after being here for many years. "
