"A fantastic property!! The house was well equipped, well presented and very clean. The property felt very private with it’s own excellent pool and driveway. Phillipe, the owner, lives behind the house and we thought he was brilliant! Helpful, friendly, informative but in no way intrusive. The house is perfectly situated. We visited Avignon, Nîmes, the Ardèche and the beaches of the south coast which were an hour and a half away. There is excellent river swimming on the doorstep and the cascades...

"Perfect, quiet, rural location near Mont Ventoux in beautiful first floor gite. Ample parking in large private grounds. Only 2 km from Bedoin, a very lively and pretty village with ample eating, drinking and shopping. Large morning street market on Monday with farmers' market on Friday afternoon. Easy parking a short walk from the village. Bring a bicycle - you'll be in very good company - or hire one in the village."

Dans l'ensemble c'est une maison bien rénovée, sauf que la porte des toilettes donne directement sur le coin salon... ce qui est pour le moins curieux. "The property is well located for all the great sights that Vacluse has to offer. The property is spacious and modern with a exceptional kitchen and bathroom. Please note that there is no WiFi (4G is available) or linens & towels. There is a good outdoor pool and eating area, but we declined to use as the road noise was at times, intrusive. "

"The property was clean and tidy, with a lovely outdoor terrace. The pool was a welcome relief from the scorching temperatures, and after a hot day sightseeing it was lovely to take a refreshing dip. The gite is located an easy 10 minute amble into Vaison - a bustling market town with all the facilities one could need. There are some quirks - there is only one loo, which is downstairs whilst the shower room is upstairs. There is also no wash hand basin in the loo. Also, the VRBO listing states...

"This is in a lovely setting and near St. Remy. We enjoyed the garden. However, the listing is incorrect by stating there are three toilets, one in each shower room and a half bath. There is only one toilet in the hallway between the bedrooms. We probably would not have booked this for 4 adults with only one toilet to share if we had known that."

"Great little house attached to a larger villa. Nice and cool in the hot summer with thick walls and aircon in all bedrooms. A short walk to the very clean pool with plenty of loungers and shade or sun can be found throughout the day. The pool is shared with the larger attached house but we had it to ourselves most of the time. The property is a short drive from Carpentras where there's a weekly market as well as lots of the usual supermarkets. We took a great drive up to Mount Serein and also...

"Welcoming host to our beautiful accommodation for the week with chilled wine and fruits. Comfortable beds, great showers and private garden. Pool and facilities were excellent. Host was friendly, helpful and we enjoyed fresh croissants and baguettes delivered everyday. Thank you"

Le logement en lui-même est parfaitement entretenu, au calme, la piscine magnifique, on peine à trouver un défaut à ce séjour. "We had a great stay here. The home had everything we needed and was bright, clean, well decorated, and conveniently located. We traveled with my one year old and Vincent kindly set up a crib for us and made a high chair available. He was also quick to respond when we had questions and came to the rescue when one of my group dropped a piece of jewelry down one of the sinks! He went above and beyond, Would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay at Fred's house. Fred is great with communication. He responds really quickly to my texts. His house is located at the base of the medieval village, about 3 minutes from the Roman bridge. It takes no time to get anywhere in Vaison from this house. My husband and I took trips to different places every day, but loved coming back to the house, sitting on the little balcony and watch all the action on the street. I loved the view as well."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."
