The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. We wanted to be halfway between Arles and Avignon, and drove all over Provence from here as well. Host Cécile is delightful. She offered us complete privacy and autonomy - the entrance and parking spot amongst the cypress trees are private - but we wanted to meet her and so glad that we did! "Nice property, pretty much as advertised. Owners were very communicative, helpful & pleasant, check in & out easy. The bed was really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need from breakfast to evening meal. It has a nice terrace outside, but we didn’t use it to eat out on as the wind was unusually strong while we were there. "this was a quiet property in an amazingly beautiful area. It is a good base for a cycling holiday. The gite is very close to the eco museum of Ochre, telling a fascinating history of the development of ochre, of interest especially to artists. The pool was a refreshing treat. "
