"We did not go even though we had paid for the holiday in full. Host did not provide any arrival instructions or how to enter the property. We chased him for these and he ignored our message. We were booked to travel on the overnight ferry to St Malo as a family group. Decided that we could not take the chance of doing this only to find we could not enter the premises. Despite a request for an explanation, the host has refused to give one. More than 4000 euros out of pocket and the host has not...

"Very nice, functional and very clean house with a big garden to explore the region around Dinard and St. Malo. We enjoyed the calm, the view on the meadow with the horses. Very responsive and helpful host. Just two things to consider when travelling with smaller kids: There is one big bed in one of the rooms, not two single beds as shown in the picture (good to know when packing bed sheets) and the swing and slide are broken.
