L’accueil a été très chaleureux au petit déjeuner et je remercie la jeune femme qui gérait l’accueil et qui m’a proposé des produits sans gluten pour mon petit déjeuner. ( je suis intolérante au gluten et j’avais apporté mon propre pain) . Par expérience, c’est très rare que les hôtels en France proposent du sans gluten et j’ai été très étonnée qu’un F1 le fasse ! "

"A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking...
