Ok hotel
Very conviennent from the motorway, good parking (no height restrictions). Two bus routes available nearby to get into town within 15 - 20 mins, (2 euros per adult). Large supermarket a short walk away. Hotel is a bit tired and scuffed but ok.

We were there for just one night and were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast good.

A good experience in difficult times.
In the middle of September 2020 was a really difficult time. The hotel restaurant was closed but there were good arrangements with a nearby restaurant. However, breakfast was good and crucially staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We would definitely stay again.

Nice welcoming staff
Just one night on a business trip. The staff was very welcoming. The restaurant is nice and food is homely but good. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Close to the University
Overall I was very satisfied. I wanted a quiet room close to the University and that was what I got. However, if you need to be close to the center, this is not the best location. Friendly service and good breakfast and most of all very quiet area, with a big shopping mall and restaurant close by.

Hotel IBIS in Poitiers
Exceptionally helpful staff welcomed us and provided very good advice about the local area. The room while functional was extremely neat, clean and well presented with all the normal amenities. We had a very good breakfast at sensible rates and, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ibis, Poitiers

Séjour agréable. Très bon accueil. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambre très confortable. Manque restauration sur place et la restauration aux alentours n'est pas terrible !!! Il vaut pieux trouver un restaurant en ville ce qui nécessite de prendre son véhicule.

Séjour d’une nuit, de passage. Rien à dire, tout était très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux, très varié aussi bien salé que sucré. Nous avons très bien dormi, la literie impeccable. Restaurants à proximité, très pratique.

Personnel super, chambre propre.
Très bon accueil et petit-déjeuner copieux. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable et c’est le plus important dans un hôtel. Sur les détails, auquels je suis attaché car cela fait toute la différence, 2 patères sur 3 étaient décrochées du mur et idem pour un porte papier toilettes sur 2. Du ruban adhésif gris sur le sèche cheveux en guise de réparation. Les bruits incessants dans le couloirs sont preuves de la mauvaise insonorité de la chambre. Le WIFI n’est pas très puissant j’ai fini par le couper pour surfer en 5G.
