"Hotel was very central - an excellent location for walking around the city and for taking boat trips. Only issue with hotel was the lift near our room was out of service for the entire trip. Not really a problem except for getting our luggage to and from our room. A porter should be available in this event."

"We loved this hotel, authentic with a rock/pop twist. We stayed in the Beatles room, which is up the spiral staircase and for 4 people. The main room has a huge king size bed with separate doors through to the 2 single beds. All staff we met were lovely and friendly. Lovely courtyard area for relaxing/ eating. Walking distance to all the sites and shops. We would definitely return. "

"The staff were so helpful and extremely friendly. They also booked a restaurant reservation for us and couldn’t have been nicer. We booked a room with sea view and balcony,room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable (queen size). A couple of small issues,toilet is quite small and we had a problem with it flushing during our last night if we were staying longer I am sure it would have been fixed promptly as the staff were extremely helpful as I mentioned. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location and staff were great….."
