Extremely helpful staff, everywhere very clean and tidy, room a little small but overall very good, helped us with our motorbike that needed a new battery got in contact with a local dealer for us by phone, even offered to take us.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to the harbour and about 10 mins to the old town. The reason I gave it only 3* is because the bedroom was so small. I know that French hotels tend to be on the small size but this was very small, we had two suitcases with us and it was a struggle to move around the room , also the space for hanging clothes is extremely small.Worhwhile booking car parking with them

Two great nights sleep in vibrant La Rochelle
This is a lovely hotel in a quiet part of the city with a nice walk into the centre. The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had amazing choice of pastries and cold meats/ cheese etc.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel with free parking on the street. Nice walk to the port, room had basic amenities like kettle, a bottle of water, shower has shower gel and hair dryer. The air con was a bit cold though when we can’t change the fan swing.

Hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. Clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. We arrived late and the communication about how to check in was clear and straightforward. Would recommend.

Liked the large bedroom size and convenience to park on property. Hotel a bit out of the way from downtown but easily walkable. Room did not have a safe or small refrigerator. Bathroom was large but shower enclosure and floor were made out of plastic.

Nice place and staff. Small room, lacking a safe or small refrigerator but multiple USB ports and wireless chargers. Short walk to the center. Arrived before check-in but they let us leave our bags. When we got back they had already taken them up to our room.

Very clean, comfortable room. Nice soft cotton duvet. Entire property absolutely spotless. Very well maintained. Excellent black out shades which also cancelled any noise from street (street isn’t noisy anyway). Comfortable bed. Easy to use TV. Easy check-in. Excellent response time to inquiries, very professional, helpful staff, especially in helping me get bus to train station. You can stay in old town (potentially very noisy) or here at Le Manoir - a 10-15 minute walk to old town in a quiet residential neighborhood near a park. I’m glad I chose the quiet option because I needed it to adjust to time zone. The distance to old town would have been easy on a Yelo bike share but I couldn’t register due to cell phone problem. There is a bus stop right in front of Le Manoir that will take you train station. One disappointment is that when I asked about walking tour the hotel gave me a pamphlet for a company that was slow to respond. I visited tourist office the next day and learned there is ONE group walking tour in English everyday at 10:30am and I had missed it. Also know that there is a big taxi shortage in La Rochelle, be prepared to bike (Yelo bike share), walk (20 minutes)or take public bus from and to train station.
