It is a charming small town with great restaurants and roads that wind up the hill to the apartment, which is in one of the houses that ring a plaza. On the street circling the plaza is a very good restaurant and a grocery. The apartment is small but is modern, lovely, and designed for every comfort you'd hope for. "This gite is in a glorious mountain location with beautiful views and the sound of the bells on the sheep grazing nearby. We had a warm and generous welcome, enjoyed the practical, warm and comfortable accommodation and explored the locality. "D'abord, il a fallu contacter le propriétaire pour connaitre l'adresse de la location? De plus, le couloir donnant accès n'est pas éclairé, d'ou pb pour ouvrir la porte. Ensuite, le chauufage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas (pas de notice).La TVest tombée en panne au bout de 2 jours et il a fallu que j'en achète 1.Le plus "nul": il était fait mention d'un jardin!! Il existe mais est innaccessible car non entretenu (herbes hautes). En qq mots, cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé....

"The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. "Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette très belle maison ancienne restaurée avec soin, et profité d’un vaste jardin fleuri, d’une terrasse bien ombragée , agrémentée d’une petite fontaine. Les propriétaires très sympathiques étaient toujours disponibles au téléphone en cas de questions. La région de la Soule est magnifique et ravira les amateurs de pleine nature et de moyenne montagne avec de splendides panoramas ; il faut néanmoins une bonne heure pour rejoindre la côte basque et son tumulte....
