"We stayed at the larger gite which was charming and nicely decorated. Marie and Christian were great and helpful with suggestions re activities and restaurants. The gite is on a country road but traffic is light and we did not have an issue with noise. We will happily return again in the future."

"The house and surroundings are fine, and we enjoyed the opportunity to swim and play in the river and walk in the mountains. The market in the next village of Sainte Croix is fun. The house was very clean. The bedrooms are OK, the downstairs room could do with some comfortable furniture. And the owner had left absolutely nothing - not even salt and pepper or a bit of vinegar and oil - for us when we arrived. Some protection against the many flies (door hangings or screen) would have been useful,...

Tennis court and swimming pool meant the teenagers were entertained and happy, whilst being in the heart of the Ardeche for river swimming and canoeing! The neighbours were invisible, and so quiet that we were never sure if they were home. The house is spacious and nicely furnished, and the pool is great. The owners are very friendly and helpful. "This villa is very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms.Not always possible to find an en suite on the ground floor for a 92 year old! Quiet location. Beautiful scenery. The only slight annoyance, no towels, so come prepared! Luckily our friends living nearby provided us with them! Would recommend this villa which has the bonus of a swimming pool, for the warmer weather, boules area and table tennis space. Thank you Jean Michael Michaud for providing a welcoming home!! "
