"We loved Guavaberry Hill. Was perfect for our family of four. Enjoyed the mildly challenging but short walk into town for meals. The view from the patio was fantastic. Finally, the easy drive to many beaches in the National Park made for a memorable family vacation."

"Lera, the owener, is thoughtful, kind and generaous. She gave us detailed direction and instructions on use of applicance ahead of time. As soon as we entered the villa, a welcome gift box was waiting for us (rum, bottled water, coffe, tea, and snacks). Beach chairs and cooler are available too. Edward, the property manager, is also helpful. He responded to our questions and request quickly. We encountered power outage due to thunderstorm a couple of times during our stay. "King's Lighthouse is a wonderful property. Two friends and I stayed here for a week on our first visit to the Virgin Islands and all agree we would stay here again. "What an absolutely amazing place. Everything about the house was fantastic and the views were spectacular. This was the best vacation home we have ever stayed at. They have truly thought of everything here. Made our week vacation such a memorable experience. "

Great hospitatlity

"A few minutes walk to downtown, the rooms were basic but clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice pool area and continental breakfast provided on a relaxing veranda. Great views of the bay and the surrounding hills. Excellent service, and if anything is needed just ask for Omar."

"I love the view in the morning when you wake up and look out and see the beautiful scenery. The staff are friendly and helpful. Having an ocean view room is wonderful. When you leave for the day and come back the room is clean each and every day. Walking to and from the property is great in any direction. There’s so much to see and visiting the different stores and restaurants was wonderful. If you love to walk you will love the scenery as well from the waterfront to Main Street in town. Driving around is just as beautiful as well."
