"Mark and Jess were both so nice to us and went way above and beyond! We had an early excursion and they found us a taxi that was willing to wake up early for us…but also promised to drive us if they taxi slept in! Breakfast was great every day and the view is amazing! Great location to downtown where you can walk to in 5 min or so. They also just bought Hotel 1829 which is close by and that looked very nice as well! We plan to go back. "

"Scott was very helpful and patient in guiding us to the property. His two dogs were sweet and delightful companions on the pool deck, which also has a great view. We could walk into town for dinner, which was a welcome relief after all the crazy driving on this island. The cozy apartment had everything we needed (mainly we like to be able to make breakfast so we don't have to go out for EVERY meal). We would definitely stay here again."

"On second night, rented vehicle had the four tires stolen of the car. Learned only 2security guards on duty at night (4 was recommended) and no cameras for observation."

"Bluebeards has been around for a long, long time, settled on the mountainside overlooking Charlotte Amalie, and that view is not going away. The hotel itself is showing its age, but the owners are in the process of renovating the whole place. Still, even with the work only partly done it remains a great place to stay while visiting St. Thomas. "
