We loved staying at The Nicholas! We were their first guests and were lucky to be invited to their Open House upon arrival!! Breakfast bagels were delivered fresh every morning!!

We will recommend this place to all friends and family!
This place was such a hidden gem. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. Our room was decorated so incredibly and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks, drinks, and breakfast. Management was very kind and helpful. We also appreciated having access to bikes to explore the city! We seriously loved it!

A lovely summer holiday destination
The property is ideally situated in a quaint neighborhood in walking distance to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and the water. The room was tastefully decorated to honor the spirit of the city with modern touches. The entire property is well kept and quiet. We appreciated being able to text needs-responses were consistently prompt. The pool was small (not an issue for us) and perfect for a dip to cool off. We highly recommend The Nicholas for adults who wish to relax and take in the city in a small intimate space.

Very nice room!
Our rooms were really pleasant. Very tastefully updated, clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Location was perfect for us... extremely walkable to everything we wanted to see. We had an issue regarding parking, and were able to get immediate help from the very, VERY nice, attentive, customer-oriented staff members. On the only morning we were able to experience the breakfast, there was not much left when we got there, within 20 minutes of the start time. They offered to reimburse for a breakfast sandwich, but we declined, as it wasn't their fault that another guest took our food. But we slept very well and really enjoyed the location!
