"Pictures of property much more pristine than reality. Towels, screens, living room furniture in need of attention. Washer broken upon arrival and not fixed during weeklong stay due to getting a specific part. Great location tho!"

"Just my husband and I stayed here and definitely plan on coming back! The house was very clean and so much a close walk to the beach. The only thing that could’ve improved our stay was the shower drain. It was pretty clogged and the tub filled up every time we took a shower. Other than that it was a great time!"

"Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in."

"Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night."

"Newly renovated cottage in perfect location short walking distance into village. Very clean. Our only criticisms were that the key pad did not work and the tv volume did not work which should be easy fixes. Would definitely stay here again."

"Exceeded our expectations. Can’t beat the location with the beach only a 2 minute walk and same for the restaurant Millie’s right next door. The outdoor deck was incredible, we had the best weather and could not believe the seals swimming along the shoreline! We wish we stayed longer. Outdoor showers were perfect for the kids to shower after the beach and kitchen was great to cook a few meals in. Would highly recommend!"

"It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill."

"The entire home was comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place while watching TV. The back porch is very private. The birds were very active in the morning and fun to watch and listen too. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing. We all loved it here!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back again. This is the perfect place for families. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are amazing and they supply the towels. The staff are very warm and friendly. The bed was super comfy and loved that we had two bathrooms. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen which makes eating in easy. The place is very clean and cute and conveniently located next to a grocery store. The resort staff recommended Tugboats for dinner on the water...

"Stayed for only one night and wished it was longer. The condo was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Because we are early in June, we went off property to enjoy dinner at the Flying Bridge. The beach was wonderful, comfy chairs, soft sand. I can say you will not regret staying here. We will be back@"
