"James is a great host, and his big house with many interesting and private rooms, many with their own washrioms, were super comfortable. Located in the very chic and safe Chapalita area with plenty of dining options, and an easy 15 minute walk to Expo Guadalajara. Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hispitality James!"

"i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation. "This is a very basic motel. It's the type of place you stop at when you've been driving somewhere and just need a safe place to sleep. The bed sheets were thin but clean. The air conditioner was broken. The bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned since the last guest, but everything else was clean. The sink was small but worked fine. Very appreciative of having a free water dispenser right next to the food vending machines."

"We really like this hotel. My relatives who live in the city live nearby and the staff is very friendly. Nicole who works in the Rooftop bar is fantastic - friendly, thoughtful and very customer service oriented. She found a beautiful table for my party and we had a great time. I'd also like to recognize the staff in Dreams for their hospitality. Our room had a great view and was very spacious. We did have two issues, however: The shower in the master was very difficult to regulate water...

"A very pleasant hotel stay. The room was spacious and in good condition. The beds were soft and clean, but the pillows were very thin. Water dispensers on each floor were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was basic but good. Can't beat the convenient location for the Expo Center."

"Hotel located at walkable distance to all kinds of dining areas. Very clean, and safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff was polite and very professional. We enjoyed our stay at this property but didn’t like breakfast because of very poor selection. "
