"Nice room facility but the staff needs more training. The front desk cannot figure out whether the room had been payed and the doorman blocked the entrance way."

"Enjoyed our stay at the HUALUXE mainly due to the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit dated and a bit dusty in some corners, but overall not too bad. Location was great, easy to walk into the central area with lots of restaurant choices! "

"Great location, hotel is next to a nice mall that offers affordable food options. The staff at the hotel cafe Gourmet are friendly and cheerful. My family have breakfast there every morning (freshly brewed coffee, tuna roll, sandwiches, cakes). It would be great if the hotel could consider offering airport-hotel shuttle service especially for evening checkin. "
